Poolside Smoothie Recipe

I’m having fun creating delicious dishes poolside. What better way to spend a morning, then to prep a refreshing smoothie now that summer is on it’s way. This is a great treat for entertaining your friends and family during Passover and Easter! I love to enjoy this smoothie right after a good workout. Of course you have to jump in the pool like I did in the video to get the maximum enjoyment of this smoothie 🙂

Here’s the recipe that you’ve been waiting for:

Smoothie:

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup of blueberries

2 tablespoons of almond butter

1 cup of almond milk

Topping:

Homemade granola

Rosemary

Directions:

Using a blender like Vitamix, blend the smoothie ingredients together. Once it’s fully blended, pour into a mason jar and top it off with homemade granola and rosemary.

Enjoy this yogurt substitute, especially during hot summer days!
