Moderate Snack Ideas

By on October 21, 2014

If you find that you are hungry in between your 3 balanced meals, it’s fine to have a snack. This list of moderate snack ideas was given to me by my nutritionist and fits the recommended nutritional daily requirements. On average, I’ll eat 2 snacks per day; 1 after lunch and the other if I’m still hungry after dinner. Snacks are great if you tend to eat out of boredom, as long as you stick to this list and don’t snack on high-calorie foods. Enjoy!
