To make this super simple snack, combine one cup of kale, one cup of seedless grapes, thick slices of cucumber, one chopped Granny Smith apple, and half a cup of water in a blender. Blend the mixture until it is totally smooth. Then strain the juice and add a splash of water. See? This tasty snack is quick, easy, and oh so good.

Tasty Carrot and Orange Juice. Here is another snack that is sure to satisfy. It is the ridiculously tasty carrot and orange juice. All you need are some organic carrots, oranges, and a juicer. (Are you into juicing? Check out this article on Hollywood Juice Cleanses.) You want to press one to two pounds of peeled organic carrots through your juicer. Follow suit with six to eight organic oranges. Just remember to remove the peel first! On the fence? This juice is the perfect snack. It gives you a boost of energy and is super refreshing. What more could you ask for?

Vitamin Rich Fruit Juice. There is nothing like a delicious fruit juice. Especially if you are on the hunt for a delicious snack. Ready to make your own? Get your blender ready. Add in one sliced apple, two cut up pears, and half a cup of cherries (remove the pits before you put them into the blender). Once your fruits and nice and smooth…it is time to strain the juice. Now to finish it all off. Add water until you reach your desired texture and flavor. Then sit back and enjoy your snack.

Anti-Aging Berry and Mango Juice. You want your skin to look fresh and glowing. At every age. That is where anti-oxidants come in handy. Thankfully this next snack recipe has plenty of those. Start by grabbing your ingredients. You will need one cup of blueberries (they can be either fresh or frozen), one cup of strawberries (cut them in half to make blending easier), and two cups of chopped mango. Add it all to your blender. Then add a quarter cup of water. Blend, blend, and blend some more. Your snack will be just about ready. Strain the juice from your mixture, add a bit of water, and you are good to go. The perfect snack in just a few short minutes.
